~~I know Flint and Detroit! Went to school at U/M and had friends from all around the area. Yes, you definetly have to shop on line! They are very nice peaceful quiet towns with limited retail presence and I bet you are buried in snow as I am. Good strategy on heading things off before hubby gets back for lunch. I kinda do that too. When ever no one else is in the house, I'll check frequently to see if there are boxes outside so it's one less shipment they get to log into their memory, more shipment = more crazy... Thank good ness that I live in metropolis, that even though I live in a suburb due to the size of the density I hardly see the same UPS guy twice. There's just so many of them covering the routes. I'm sure as soon as they have enough to fill a truck, they send someone out and in NY's Long Island that's just not hard to do.

I am from NY, Born in Manhasset and all of my kids were born there. Total culture shock living where I am now. I actually moved here when I got married in 2000, but I hate it. I would move back to a city in a heartbeat, though I'd like it to be warmer than NY (though anyplace is warmer then were I am now, it's -40 windchill!!) And yes, we got somewhere around 18 inches of snow. No school for the last three days, I'm going insane and shopping too much. And I can understand shopping= explanations and complaining about everything purchased, and how can you explain buying stuff from Le Metier de Beaute? I don't even want to try.

I am glad you guys mentioned the SJP Favorites for Skin Care. Here's mine. I kind of wasn't sure if I should have gotten a different combo, but oh well. Overall, I am content with what I picked.

The lipsurgence goes from .3 to .1oz! Granted, I think the cheek stain's so huge before that I'd prefer it a bit smaller, but not with the exact same price tag!
Sounds like MAC with their pigments a few years ago..let's up the price and lower the amount of product.....and people still buy them.

Ohhh that's awesome! So are there just a bunch of products & you can pick any 5? Do you remember what else was available?

I'm thinking a trip to SiJCP is probably in my immediate future...

How does this work? you get any 5, not one from each category? thats cool. I hope this will still be in store when I am home next weekend, we have only free standing Sephora's :/

I will def get 2-3 white glam glows and the boscia oil.. hmmm choices.

Any five! I chose the black and white GlamGlow, Algenist retinal type serum, the Boscia oil and ole Hendrickson truth serum. Great deal!

Yea any 5. I was happy about that bc I wanted 2 of the supermud, which I prefer to the youthmud.

I'm loving the concept of this JCP Sephora kit, I am trying to do a Sephora no buy for the coming months but maybe a purchase doesn't count if it it is from Sephora inside JCP

@gypsiemagic I see you are located in North Hollywood, me too!  I think I am going to check out the Sephora in JCP at the Glendale Galleria for this baby :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

Oh gosh that Sephora in JCP skincare bag looks amazing! I'll definitely have to go check it out this weekend :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> I recently tried a single foil packet of the glamglow and loved it, and I've been wanting to try more of the ole truth serum too.

Oh Google Maps is tricking me then, it told me the only sijcp was in Northridge... but I am always confused about that Glendale shopping center anyway.

I always go to the Fashion Square one, since it's always quiet and I can get to it easily off freeway.

My sijcp said you could not get more than one of the same item... Oh the inconsistencies.

eta: i will not as for 7. idk what i'd do with 14 fresh lip balms.
lol im gonna go with no, probably not. but if they do allow it thats friggen awesome!

I am totally coveting the skin/hair oil set! Oil cleansers have saved my skin and my curls! Must not buy, must not buy...

I got the SiJCP skin care set: super mud, youth mud, philosophy (3oz), first aid beauty, and boscia. Value $71.16 for $29.00!

Sigh. Sigh.  I ended up keeping the NARS perk since I didn't want to fight.

They just gave me my points back and told me to keep it, I'm not going to complain!
