IMO, it's definitely worth it to become VIB- it's just not worth i to go from VIB to Rouge. VIB gets you extra goodies & a little more money on promo GCs. Def worth it.

Well, I placed my order using the $20 off again on Thurs.. it's now Sat. and it still hasn't shipped. Says it's still in the warehouse. I've never had an order take this long to get shipped ever, so kinda worried about it - it did push me over the edge into rouge if it goes through. However, I ordered a Nails Inc. polish I've been wanting for just $5 today and it's already shipped, so... don't know. The items in the first order aren't out of stock or anything, so don't know what else the hold-up would be.

Could just be that they are backed up in the warehouse with lots of orders being placed during the promo period and because Cchristmas is so soon.

Ya think? I wondered that, but I haven't heard any talk about them being backed up or anything so I figured they weren't. Plus, they shipped the order I placed today already, so I just think that's kind of weird. But hopefully you're right!

Don't feel bad. The last time I went into a Sephora, the reps swore up and down they didn't carry a certain brand- meaning, they were saying Sephora as a whole didn't carry the brand. Until I showed them on my phone that Sephora did, in which case they swore that store didn't carry it- until I showed them that it said it was in stock in their store.

 I get not knowing that your store carries a specific item, but not knowing that it carries that brand, much less not knowing that Sephora as a WHOLE carries it? I thought it was a bit ridiculous.

Does anybody know what brand/product the red tube is on day 25?  I'm assuming it is a lip product, but I don't recognize which product it is.
