Oh that sounds like an awesome look! Why haven't I thought of that before? I already love putting silver in my crease over black eyeshadow, I have hooded lids so it's like a fun surprise when I blink lol.
Exactly!!  What silver liner to you use?

Am looking for one that doesn't have the large glitters that makes its way into the eye and some waterproof formulas - the kind that feels cool when first applied and you can work with it for like 15 seconds then it sets, something in that makes me tear as well, i.e. the O'Mally.

Have you tried the Starlooks Gem Eye pencils?  The Topaz one from the Ipsy bags last month was a cool, blue-toned silver, and Deja Vu looks like a true silver.  There are always discount codes floating around for Starlooks too, don't pay full-price!

(I have the Fancy - light green, and Amethyst - light purple ones and I LOVE THEM)

Anyone have any lip product recommendations? Looking to spend my $15 off 50 on some new lipsticks/stains/glosses/whatever. I was looking at Too Faced La Creme lipsticks, and I've heard good things about the Sephora lip stain. Anything else I need? (I like pinks and corals, I have pretty pigmented lips already, I dislike plumping lip products).

YSL glossy stains - pricey but so worth it!

I think I'm in the minority here, but the lip tars aren't my favorite. I invested in a good clear lip liner to combat the serious feathering I was experiencing, but I can't seem to get the stuff to last. It rubs off on EVERYTHING on me :( /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> I still use it regularly since I have the mini set and a full size in one color that I can't recall, but the rub off makes me sad. I do love my Urban decay revolution lipstick, though. Also lose some of that throughout the day to various cups, napkins, and sometimes even on food, but it seems to set better and last longer for me. I was so bummed about the lip tars, though. I desperately wanted to love them!

The lip tars take practice - when I tried them on at Sephora I got **** on me, my white pants, the sales chick helping me, the display, the Hourglass display, the checkout counter and the poor woman who helped me with contouring products at the  MAC store 2 doors down.   I like the look but don't reach for them often because like you said the wear isn't worth the effort.

I finally went to Nordstrom to the Bobbi Brown counter to use the Longwear Makeup remover to get it all off.

Clearly the lesson here is that OCC **** isn't just **** -- it's not safe for FrostKitty's life XD

I placed my order using my $15 off of $50, and it went through without needing the full $50 cart. I've seen other posts about this, too. Hope it all works out, though if I get banned, I'm not sure I'd care too much. (I'm a BI, not a VIB, so I have, like, 18 points in my account right now. Not a huge loss.)

Does banning influence anything besides not being able to use that account and that email address? Credit score, other companies owned by Sephora, etc?

Yes, that is one lesson we could take away from the adventure... indeed.

In my opinion, no.  First off it burned my face (like stinging pain, not actual burns).  I DO NOT have sensitive skin.  Then it got hard as concrete.  When I removed it I did not see any noticeable differences to the look or feel of my skin.  If you are interested in trying it PM me and I will send you the little foil I got in my FIXIT bag.  I am going to the post office tomorrow and will send it out.

Anyone bought the Caviar Alterna set for $10 on BF?

My sister (even though I told her NOT to buy from Sephora) did. She received them today and when she opened them, guess what? EACH of the three bottles in BOTH sets have a sticker on the bar code that reads "TESTER. NOT FOR RESALE."

Did this happen to anyone? If you haven't checked your sets, please do!!!!!

My sis is UBER upset........as the sets are now sold out and she wanted to gift one of them to her BFF......

Well, I told her not to shop at Sephora...she should've listened to me....LOL......

She's SO glad she opened them to take a look at them or it would've been SO embarrassing to give a tester as a gift!!
I just got this in today and yes mine too says tester.  However it is a sticker that peels off.

I also purchased this

http://www.ulta.com/ulta/browse/productDetail.jsp?productId=xlsImpprod2490003

From Ulta and while those did not say testers on them they are the exact same size 1.35 oz.

here is a picture of the back of the Ulta and Sephora one

If you sister is unhappy she can return them but I can understand why she is uncomfortable gifting them  She should definitely listen to you in the future!  And especially after how they have treated you with the banning and all.

I just tried it this morning during my shower.  I also got it in my fixit kit.  I was really turned off by the mulch in it.  i.e. twigs and leaves and what looked like bits of potting soil.  I also didn't care for the smell as it was on my face while I was showering.  Nor did I care for seeing the bits of mulch at the bottom of my shower.

So for me, the experience was hardly relaxing or therapeutic.  It seemed really gimmicky, and it created a bunch of mess that was uncalled for in my humble opinion.  It's not like those twigs and leaves actually end up on my face in the masking process to do anything meaningful, they too big and chunky and fall off.

However, my pores were a lot smaller afterwards, and my skin was smoother.  So, despite the fact that I was already annoyed with the product and pretty much determined I didn't like it, that didn't bias me too much to ignore that it did produce some noticeable results.

But I get the same results with exfoliKate without having having to rub mulch on my face and create a mess in my shower, or risk clogging up my drain with mulch.

It didn't burn my skin, btw.  But I'm kind of a toughie.
