I don't personally mind it.  It just enforces my online shopping sans Flash or Rouge and to keep my head down-- avoid real people at all costs! ;-)

well i work at the one down near wall st so if you're ever in that one i hope my girls are super nice to you! they typically are from what i know.

I've actually gotten consistently bad service at that location, unfortunately. /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> There was a guy who worked the morning shift at the registers, and I would swing by before work to shop because he was such a pleasure to deal with. I haven't seen him in months, so I don't think he works there anymore.

I'm sorry to hear that /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> we're usually prided on having some of the best client service out of the manhattan stores. we're told so at least.

I've had either great experiences or really terrible ones. There's no middle ground, and that's the Sephora I frequent due to proximity. I'm sure you weren't one of the reps I've had issues with, and I think I recognize you based on your avatar! I really appreciate your offer! He had a mustache, brown hair, and was heavy set. He was one of the nicest people I have ever dealt with in all of the Sephoras I've visited. No hyperbole!

Also, somewhat lighthearted moment- I told my fiance about the bannings, and he was like "phew. maybe my suffering will come to an end soon," jokingly, and when i told him why (they think some people are possible resellers) he was like "some people RESELL that expensive stuff for even MORE money??"

Ooh yay! So glad they are sending out the $15 card again. I'm hoping Naked 3 makes it to Sephora while it's valid :-D And I'm heading to The Body Shop today. I have a groupon and it only says not valid 11/29! Yay shopping! edit: oh boo, never mind...lol, they're closed until midnight but the sale goes through the 1st in store, I might not get the tote but hopefully some of the items I'm hoping to get in the 3 for 30 sale will still be in stock at either of the stores up here /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

The link didn't work for me, so I googled "chocolate bar eye palette" and found it. It looks really pretty, but I have all 4 naked palettes so I think I'm going to pass. I just got Too Faced a few of my favorite things and I prefer Urban Decay's eye shadows

Heads up! stila in the moment and in the garden are on sale on sephora right now. just got both! i already have in the light from sephora some time ago, and in the know from my birchbox points, so this completes the stila family.

me neither! but i couldn't resist. i do like stila eyeshadows, and i just need to have them all.
