My husband uses Realm as his cologne. He really likes that and I am okay with it, though I am usually very scent sensitive. However, for the last year or so (according to him), when he sprays it on a couple or a few times during the day it starts to cause irritation on his skin and he itches and it gets very red. I am thinking it may be the alcohol in the cologne drying his skin out. Anyway, I was thinking that if I could find a natural perfume oil, maybe in coconut oil or similar, it might cut back on the irritation. I realize I will likely not be able to find something completely natural, but maybe at least in a natural base like the coconut oil.

For reference here is a photo and description for the cologne:

The scent is described as: "sharp oriental woody fragrance... has a blend of mandarin orange, berry, ginger, and watery notes"

Now the option I am far more fond of, as cologne is not the greatest smelling thing to me would be to find a different natural fragrance for him. He is open to the idea and would like something with a vanilla scent, but maybe a bit more complex/less sweet than just straight up vanilla. Again, I would really like to find a natural option. Does anybody have any suggestions?

Bonus: the colognes I do like are things like English Leather and Canoe so if we could find a vanilla version similar to those we might be perfect. At least for my nose ^_~
