Real vs. Counterfeit Couture La La Malibu by Juicy Couture

Hello all! I need a little help from anyone who owns a legit bottle of Couture La La Malibu by Juicy Couture.

I recently bought a 5oz bottle on eBay that I think is legit, but haven't been able to find enough photos online to tell for sure.

A couple questions:

1. Are the pink background palm trees a clear sticker, or is it printed directly on the bottle?

2. Is the pink acrylic heart able to swing around on the lid?

Those are really my only two concerns. The perfume smells a little alcohol-y upon spraying, but so does my regular bottle of Couture La La that I know is legit.

(by the way I'm planning on swinging by a store to look at a bottle in person sometime soon, but I'm hoping someone can help in the meantime)
