I have the Dermalogica Normal/Oily kit... I didn't know you were suppose to only use the Scrub 1 to 2 times a week so I've been using it twice a day... When I stopped, I started getting pimples again.

Would it be so bad to use it twice a day?

exfoliating too frequently can exacerbate acne and irritate your skin, so I would recommend sticking with manufacturer's recommendations.
