Question about hot rollers

What do you like better, pins or butterfly clips?

I am looking into buying a new set of rollers, but I am trying to figure out what I want.

Currently I have ones with metal pins, but I don't think they lock well, but I have never used the ones with butterfly clips so I don't know if they lock any better.

By pins, do you mean the straight ones of the hook pins? I find that the hook like pins keep the curlers in place when I use hot rollers just fine. I have used butterfly clips as well, I find both do a good job.

These are similar to the ones I have.
