Sorry to hear theat the clinique all about eyes isn't working for you. I too tried the Origins Eye Doctor and found it was little more than Vaseline in consistency. It is very thick and emolient, and does provide a very good base for smoothing on other moisturizers and than eye makeup, and it does suck in some of the puffiness, but it is a bit greasy, plus, I got a chance to check out the ingredients in-store, since mine was a sample I recieved from a swap, and one of the main ingredients was Butylene Glycol, a petroleum by-product. At first I was surprised that it was so, coming from Origins, but it is, afterall, their least expensive eye treatment, so they couldn't be expected to use their best formulation, I guess. Next time, I want to try their Night-a-mins formula, as I do have dry skin, so it being thick probably won't be a problem, and I like to really slather it on, so I will probably use it up before it expires anyways, and I was happy with how the product one step down from it performed, and I checked the ingredients for the Night-a-mins formula, and it checks out alright for my sensitive skin. Tells us how your search goes as well!
