Good luck girly_girl! I'm sure Aveda stylists can fix that. It looks long enough for an inverted bob. It doesn't really look like she knows what she was doing. I will definitely get my money back. She destroyed your hair so she should take responsibility and give you a refund. Please post a picture of your new hair. I'm sure many of here are excited how it looks now.
