i agree with a lot of the girls no to touch it.. and to try the aspirin mask.. it has done wonders for a few i felt coming up too..

Sometimes ice can help ease the pain of the inflammation as well. Just be careful not to leave it on too long.

I would recommend using Buffering Lotion by Mario Badescu. Its my miracle product for this annoying under the skin buggers!!
