Hello all,

It seems that the only place I perspire now is around my hairline. And I mean a lot not a little. I don't think I did this when I was younger. Anyway, the biggest problem is that even when I've just washed my hair, this causes a disagreeable smell. I hate that old lady hair smell----oy vey! I was a homecare nurse and I know the smell--and my hair is not really the wash-every-day kind but rather every other day. Any ideas?

I would invest in a dry shampoo.

I sweat alot around my hairline too, but luckily I don't get that ucky smell you're talking about.

Katj, Thanks for the advice. I'm going to be traveling soon and I have been wracking my brain about what to do when I'm between shampoos. I discovered that I had some detangling spray from Yves Rocher that has a pleasant smell. Rather than buying the dry shampoo now, I'm going to take that with me. Of course, it is in a 5 ounce bottle, so I will have to pack it in my checked luggage, not carry it on the plane. There are so many things to think about when you travel--I do it about once a year so I have to refresh my knowledge about the restrictions.

Thanks again-- zeeqw
