i am so glad you asked this question, as i was about to try the "ice line " products myself. now i definitely won't.

no wonder my hair is so dry! i've almost finished my bottles and i just thought my hair was so damaged it was turning dry and brittle....i guess it was the ice shine:kopfkratz:

one of my sisters swear by pantene.. i cant use it.. it has straighting agents in it makes your hair brittle and dry.

I will use soe of thier styling products but not the shampoos and conditioners.

I have never tried this product. I have used Pantene in the past. I quit using it because It always made my hair have so much build up. Also every hairdresser I have ever had has said dont use it that it is really bad for your hair.

which commercial isnt computer enhanced though? they all are, especially hair and makeup...

I like Pantene line for colored hair. I'm surprised Pantene has such bad reputation :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

I usually hate Pantene products, but I tried Ice Shine recently, and I actually kinda like it. My stylist almost passed out when I told him that I had been using Pantene, but I brought it in for him to check out... and he was actually surprised by how it made my hair shine. Maybe it's my weird hair type? Anyway, he gave me permission to use it once a week. LOL

Pantene used to be good years ago. Now, it sucks. I hate it. No matter what version I buy my hair looks terrible after using it. It is just too waxy and just not good :scared:

It's been SO long since I'v used Pantene, I don't remember it being that great though- made my hair frizzy, I think

I used to use the fortifying deep treatment , like when pantene first came out like years ago. It make my hair really silky. Pantene had this one line out called Extra Liso (Extra Straight, its for women of the hispanic race but my hair is so thick i decided to try it. It was okay . It didn't do anything special...........They discontinued it tho.........

We just got the Ice Shine here a week ago. I got it for my kids and I got myself some Time Renewal. I have been using Paul Mitchell on my kids so I may continue to use it. I think Maybe I will get rid of the Ice Shine. I need something for my kids that don't make their hair look Dry like the Paul Mitchell does so if anyone has any suggestions please let me in on it! :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

I've used the shampoo and conditioner for a while and it seemed to make a difference at first, but my hair got used to it and it doesn't seem to make it as shiny anymore....

my stylist also had a freakout when I told her I was using it!
