Is your deodorant working?

Do you use scented or unscented? If scented what scent?

Does it last all day, or do you smell like B.O.?

(Hoping my stinky co-worker reads this!)

I sweat like a pig. I ruin clothes! I use Certain Dry every three days and everyday I use Lady Speed Stick, formulated for adult women softball players (don't get me started). I still sometimes reek like an unbathed truck driver. Especially in the summer. In fact, I sweat so bad that sometimes I have a hard time getting makeup on because my forehead is gushing water! It is awful! One day when I am a mad, demented, eccentric billionaire, I will get botox injection in my pits.

I use the brand sure and it works great! i dont sweat at all with it and the scent is still there at the end of the day!

well, i don't really use a deodorant. i use an anti-perpirant and i smell fine (i would know if I didn't! LOL).

i use ladyspeed stick invincible in powder fresh and it lasts all day!

he or she probably won't! LOL

Hi,

Normally I use Suave Powder Fresh anti-perspirant, but now I'm using Suave Naturals anti-perspirant with a Raspberry scent. Both last all day.

My pH levels are SO high, I try not to wear white. Even using bleach the armpits start to turn grey over time. The only deodorant that works for me is Secret. I use the invisible solid in Glacier Mist... Because of my pH levels, I generally apply it twice a day (at night after my shower and again in the mornin when I wake up). The key is to use an anti-perspirant/deodorant... My mom used to yell at me when I was like 9 yrs. old over that... Yeah, I started using it early!!!

I honestly don't sweat very much...not sure if that's a good thing..cause I get so friggin hot sometimes...but I use Secret...and it lasts all day without any problems..

ok I tried to use the female version of deo. But it's too weak for my needs! lol! I guess I sweat during my daily chores or something...but I use right guard for men! lol! it does have a little "man smell" but it fades fast and I can put on my vitoria's secrect "Love Spell" to cover any remaining "man smell".

It works great for me!

Luv A goofy AM

i use dove roll on powder scent and it does the trick. i do sweat quite a bit, but i never have bo!

I used to use Secret which worked well, but dried out my skin terribly -- I almost think it was an allergic reaction because my entire armpit area was covered in peeling skin! Gross!

Then I switched to Dove Goes-On-Clear in Fresh scent. It didn't really go on clear, but it did instantly cure the dry skin under my arms. I used it for several years, but lately it seems like it it wasn't quite working as well as it should during the summer!

Hoping to find a truly clear alternative to Dove for when I wear sleeveless shirts, I tried Soft & Dri since it was the only clear deodorant that was also an anti-perspirant in the store I was in. I forget the scent but I know it is scented. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that it even keeps the sweat away better than Dove! With Dove, sometimes I would still get a little sweaty by the end of the day, but not with Soft & Dri! And so far Soft & Dri hasn't dried out my skin either! (I think Secret makes a clear antiperspirant, but I was scared to try it after my previous experience!)

I think I do sweat more than the average girl -- and I know I sweat a lot overnight, hubby always complains I wake up stinky! (Which is why I shower in the morning! lol)

OK, this questio is weird, is it true that anti-perspirants cause cancer? someone sent me an email saying to becareful and buy only deodorants but no anti perspirants.... anybody?

That's an old urban legend, no links have been found between antiperspirant and breast cancer. I think it started from speculation, since a lot of lumps are found on the outer breast near where you apply antiperspirant.

I don't believe anything I read in an email until I can verify it from a reputable source ;) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

i use the new Dove one. i really really like it (ive used the line for awhile, but i had to try the new one). it works well, and NO WHITE MARKS!

I sweat like a man. Please refrain from your mental pics. I've been using Dove Ultimate Clear in Radiant Silk. Works great and truly keeps me dry and smelling good.

I use Degree. It's pretty dang strong, used to last me through the night when I was a dancer so that's pretty good.

However, lately I've noticed it doesn't last anymore. Don't know if they changed the formula or if it was my body that changed.

Most deoderants (except the ones from a health food store) have alluminum which has been linked to causing Allzheimer's Disease.
