New conditioner broke me out?

i went to my beauty supply and noticed they had what appeared to be a cholestrol conditioner very similair to queen helene at a super bargain price, 20ozs for $2.50. i broke me out on my lips, of all places. i tossed one of my fav pencils thinking that was the problem. since i stopped using the conditioner my lips feel much better. it's the strangest thing i've every encountered. never have i had a reaction to a shampoo or conditioner. the conditioner was le kair cholestrol plus. has anyone had an adverse reaction to a shampoo or conditioner? what was the product and how did it effect you?

That's strange. I have used Lekair cholesterol in the past and it never caused any adverse reaction. Maybe you are allergic to one of the additives. Did you read the ingredient label?

I have used a ton of products and never had any allergy problems.

i have used lekair but nothing has happened.. maybe you are allergic to one of the ingredients.

me too! that's what makes this so strange. i don't know what's in it that could cause this, but i did have a similar problem with a sun screen once. i just stopped using it. i really didn't bother checking the ingredients. but i'm sure that the conditioner was the problem because i feel better everyday.
