Well, 6 weeks ago I put in a Light Golden Brown wash in/wash out color in my dark blond hair - and it was a disaster, I did a thread on it. It turned out like dark reddish brown. Well, 6 week later, it still hadn't washed out, so I went to my neighbor salon and said "Help - please fix it!". Here's what it took to get that color out:

1. A Malibu treatment.

2. A bleach wash.

3. A full foil.

4. A root color.

5. A tone.

6. Another tone.

BUT...Finally - I have my dark blond hair back with lovely highlights! I don't look in the mirror and say WTF!!! Yeah!!!

It was $100, but well worth it (actually I thought it was cheap!). Just another tale from"Adventures in Hair Coloring! LOL

That's a long process! Glad to hear you're happy with it now. It'd be nice to see before and after photos.

Thats a pretty reasonable price..i'd love to see before and after pics like Johnnie mentioned!

The same happened to my cousin and most salons refused to touch her hair as she had did it herself and they did not want to take on the responsibility if it got worse. It was a shame... but she managed to fix it herself..

Glad you happy with yours and got it fixed...

Let's see some pictures! I hate when dye jobs go wrong, or don't turn out the way you wanted. $100 does seem like a pretty good price for getting your hair back the way you like it
