Well, like I said, I had a mole above my eye. For the first week I had to keep a steri-strip over it (which wasn't really all that noticeable. Lot smaller than a Band-Aid, and you can cut it so it's just the right size). After that the scar was fairly bright for awhile, but real easy to cover with mu. Now it's really faint. It's still a little raised up, but it's definitely getting better. So, let's see...I got mine done 12/4/06 and now it's mid-February. So that's not really a long time to have faded so much. I got one taken off my left boob too, and that one's still quite pink. My doctor told me though that that's an area of the body that takes a lot longer to heal and is more likely to scar. Good luck though hun. I'm sure everything will work out fine.

I have one I need to get removed from my chest. It's been there for years but I've been scared to have it checked and removed. I need to just do it.

are moles the same as birth mark spots? i have had those and developed those over the years but never really thought about it twice :s

try kojic acid for any skin discoloration, acne scars , freckles, age spot and melasma. that would probably help you with your problem. I'm using it myself and it's great. Any product with Kojic Acid will help these problems bec. this is the best skin lightening and whitening product ever had in the market.
