I have a pending charge from them from an acc. order that didn't go through but I fully expect it to drop off after the allotted bank time usually 72 hrs.

Lol that's what I was hoping the first time my phone froze after clicking on the "place order" button. Then after the 10th time it was "oh crap, I really hope I'm not about to get 10 duplicate orders"
In other news, my order just shipped!! So excited! /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> I hope the sizing is ok this time - I haven't had much luck with previous dress/apparel surprises being the right size but I keep hoping it'll work out the next time lol.

ETA: my 2 dresses weighs 1.4lbs and scheduled to be here Saturday!

Shipping information! So excited since last time they canceled my order after they oversold my size. However, it meant that I could use the credit they gave me due to the mix up - 3 dresses for $10 (even if they're all terrible it's worth the gamble this time!) My three dresses weigh 2.9 lbs - that seems a bit on the heavy side, right? Mystery!!

I wouldn't worry too much over the weight. My last stylish surprise was a little over 6 lbs and it was 4 dress and 3 apparel items including 1 poofy bridesmaid dress, a heavy skirt, and two jackets.

IDK how there are people on instagram that already have their orders. Do they live like a mile away from the shipping depot? Mine is getting her next Wednesday and I think that is quick for Modcloth.

Anyways, I'm jealous of the person that got the Dear Creatures dress.

Anyways, I'm jealous of the person that got the Dear Creatures dress.

Mine is showing as arriving tomorrow and I'm in TX - I had a code for free fedex ground shipping with a transit time of 2-5 days. I'm super excited even though I only like 1 of the 4 dresses on instagram so far (honestly shocked - and slightly disappointed - that they're not super halloween-y!)

LOL I told my friend I had ordered 2 dresses and her reply was "lmao but are you sure they're 2 different dresses?" (she heard about the whole duplicate dress debacle last time).

I haven't seen any complaints of duplicates yet but it's still super early in the shipping process. I have seen some complaints about how this round was oversold as well and many, many complaints about how their (non-surprise) orders have passed 3 business days and still haven't shipped out. It's a little weird that they would run a stylish surprise and stress their distribution system more while they're already experiencing shipping issues, but hopefully that hasn't led to any duplicates this time around.

If it makes you feel a little better, last time they refunded people for duplicates and they were allowed to keep the extras. I know it'd still be disappointing to not get 6 different dresses, but at least you wouldn't be losing money because of it, and with some extra work you could sell/swap the extra(s).

My surprise is out for delivery!! Super excited! FedEx usually gets to my house by noon, so 4 more hours or so /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

I got my first package. 1 dress, 1 apparel, 2 accessories. 

ETA: SO happy for a winter hat & I LOVE the dress. I might possibly wear the floppy hat in the summer. Just not sure about that jean vest..
