ModCloth Stylish Surprise Grab Bags

Yo guys, just joined and seeing what you all got gives me hope. My package is 12 lbs (4 apparel and 1 shoes) and the box is 23x16x8" so I'm hoping I somehow managed to get a bunch of coats and some boots. I'm getting my package tomorrow apparently but Fedex tracking hasn't budged since departing Ohio. I hope the arrival date doesn't change to Monday since I have a root canal that afternoon.

Mine was 3lb and had a heavy skirt and heels. Sounds exciting! Let us know~

If it does change to monday at least it's a pick me up at the end of the day?

I wouldn't mind a skirt, but if I do get heels they're definitely going somewhere else since I have very flat feet, hehe. And I suppose you're right! I'll just gave to get someone to wait for the package though, since I live in a bad area and wouldn't want the box to sit outside the door. And how lucky! Usually items from Fedex arrive early for me but it's unfortunately not my case today.

Ah, there are SO MANY cute things on Instagram I can't even take it! 

I have two more smalls coming tomorrow & then two more mediums coming..eventually. That one hasn't shipped yet. 

Still really hoping for a coat! 

 And more cute dresses for all the weddings coming up this summer!

Girl!  Same!  Five more coming and I just can't handle it.  Hasn't shipped yet- would really love a coat (eternal winters, right?)

I've been a lurker on this site for many months (mostly just reading the Birchbox, Ipsy, Influenster threads) but I've finally decided to join when I came across this thread of everyone sharing and discussing their ModCloth Stylish Surprises! /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> I've been a ModCloth customer for years, but sadly I don't usually order from them except when they have their massive 70% off sales and these incredible Stylish Surprise deals. Their normal prices are too expensive for me. So I pretty much live for these deals. I've actually gotten to participate in quite a few of these! And I still have all of the items. I've always received dresses with the exception of a cost and a tunic/sweater. It seems they've really gotten popular in the last few months. I remember when ModCloth only did this maybe once or twice a year and now it seems like it's about 3-4. Anyway, I really took advantage of this last sale because the $10 a piece deals were so much more tempting than their usual $15. I placed two separate orders. My first (2 apparels, 1 shoe (first time ever buying a shoe surprise!) arrived a couple days ago. I haven't had a chance to take proper pics but I'm a pretty good sleuth and found the original clothing items from ModCloth's site. /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> I got: the Art and Soul Dress (Plenty by Tracy Reese (!)). It's valued at well over $100. /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

Palette of Passion Dress (Max and Cleo). It's valued around $50-60 at least. So ideal for spring!

I couldn't find ModCloth's original listing but did find a pic and a pricing of about $30. Not bad and I actually like them! I didn't own any boots and they are comfortable so far. Easy to slip on and off. Plus they'll get a lot of wear because they'll go with many items I already own.

Aaand I have one more package of 2 apparels still in transit!! It's so exciting seeing what everyone else got! I definitely stalk Instagram to see pics too! Lol I can't help it! I'm too curious! Also jealous.  It "rained" this morning, and I couldn't tell if I was hallucinating this morning or if there were definitely snow flakes in the "rain".  Going with snow flakes while it was raining.  What even, weather.

Is anyone selling their SS stuff, rather than trading? I have a few inquiries on Instagram about prices and I'm not really sure what to say! I'd like to just say $14 to cover what I paid, but I'm thinking shoes/dresses might cost more to ship? I've only ever shipped makeup & that always just goes First Class.

Brand is Dolce Vita (DV) on these boots. They might be too long for me, since I am too short.

I can't find the exact boot, but DV by Dolce Vitas usually run in the $150+ range. You lucked out!

I feel like I keep seeing comments where people ask if they're selling for the original price ($10+$4 for shipping)- so I think it's totally okay to ask!
