If you're talking about the Bumble and Bumble post, I'm pretty sure it's because the company itself had fedex bill them for the six pounds. FedEx gets the electronic shipping data from shipper, so I'm not going to get my hopes up that my package is heavier than two pounds.

I'm not sure what to think because today when I check the tracking confirmation, the weight has a little change now that it's in another location!!!!

Hi. I'm new to this group, but I ordered my first ss and its supposed to be here Fri!!!! I got 3 apparel, 3 shoes and 2 accessories. I checked the weight and it was 9.7. As long as it fits I'll be fine w whatever really. I ordered m, I know that will fit in tops iffy about dresses though! So excited to see what everyone get☺

I have another package on the way from modcloth its one tank top, and one pair of pink sandals, it said weight is like 1.5 or .7, my ss was 9.7 so no clue what I'm getting. Lol

lol! I've got darker tastes in clothes, anything black that has skulls or birds or studs/spikes on it will end up in my wardrobe so fast it's not even funny. every time I go out I tell myself I need more work-appropriate clothes or non-black clothes in general and I have yet to actually listen to myself.

Out of burning curiosity/obsession, I went through some old tracking emails for other stores to check package weights and compare:
T-shirt - .4 lbs
Two tank tops and a thick knit dress - 1.7 lbs

Ankle boots (on the tall side) - 2.8 lbs
Two faux leather jackets and a wool coat - 6.7 lbs

My two apparel packages are due on Saturday and Monday... it's gonna be a loooong week.

Interesting! I tried to go back & look at my past orders, but all of my old tracking #s aren't working for some reason. 

I have two packages coming Saturday & the third hasn't shipped yet. Ahhhhh the anticipation. I'm just stalking Instagram for now. So far, I think I'd wear pretty much everything I've seen other people get, so I'm optimistic!

Same here! I think I only saw one thing I didn't like, and that was a giant silver (as in, close to looking like aluminum foil) dress. The girl who posted it seemed to hate it, too. It was super 1980s prom style.

LoL! It looks pretty cute in the link you posted. Maybe in person it has to be styled "just so" to make all of the frills look that nice.

I agree I would work about everything I've seen posted so far☺ I'm a tad nervous, I ordered m it will be fine in tios, some !ah even be a tad big, but I didn't realize how many ppl get dresses and I'm worried depending on the dress if m will be too snug. I am losing weight though getting back to pre prey size so in a few months all items should fit, if nothing else its added motivation lol. Keep us posted as to what u get! My estimated arrival is Fri but based on tracking I'm expec ing tomorrow
