Lol money-pinching is hard. I saw the value sets when they were out with screwed up shipping. Then decided to have dinner and a bath. They can't give the tosowoong brush tbh as they don't carry it but ten pts is low compensation in my eyes.... Lol not my ears duhhhJane, are you still dealing with your brush issue? That is so wrong of them to not take care of it properly. You should get what you paid for.
$10 is not enough, that was an expensive brush. You should have got a full refund. Can you dispute it with your credit card company or PayPal however you paid?
