Matrix or Redken for better gray coverage

Hello!

I have very stubborn grays and I get my hair professionally done. However, my question is, I tried Redken and Matrix so far but differnet colors. My gray seems to be coming through a little (although it could just be lighter in those spots) but I'm wondering if anyone else has had trouble covering stubborn gray and the best professional product to use?
