John Frieda Starlit Waves?

I'm gussing this is a remake of the beach blonde surf spray stuff .. or whatever it was called. . i loved that stuff..

but yesterday i was at the store and saw John Frieda Brilliant Brunette Starlit Waves .. i sprayed some in my hair but it didn't really do much because my hair had already been styled, and my hair doesn't wave perfect too easily.. i usually need help of a curling iron..

how exactly do i use this product?

spray on wet hair and twist hair in sections about 2 inches wide.. let dry and unravel
