I wrecked my skin

Hey why not try the Avene skincare line. I had some red scaly patches on my cheeks like you described that seemed to come from nowhere, either from too many acne treatments or stress or both, and a salesperson gave me a sample of one of the treatment creams, I can't remember the exact name but it contained 'irritated' or something similiar. Anyway I slathered it on before I went to bed and in the morning the patched were toned down and much smoother, and in about 2 weeks or so the paches were almost completely reduced, the scaliness had gone completely. I went back to the store and got their Skin Recovery cream which is for the whole face and thats also been very soothing.

I would go to a highend pharmacy or department store, (I went to Selfridges) and ask for reccomendations. Hope that this helps

oo u poor thing, im sorry to hear about it. Like everyone said I think you ought to see a dermatologist as soon as you can or even a doctor who will give you something that will help heal it or at least protect your face while it heals itself. But for now drink lots and lots of water and keep it moisturised. When a similar thing happened to a friend of mine she used a moisturiser that was very very mild such as johnsons baby lotion or E45 cream which will keep it moisturised without damaging the skin anymore. Good luck with it and i hope it gets better soon

I agree with Becky about leaving the peels alone, and trying to leave the patches alone. Definitely make sure to keep the areas well moisturized!

I burnt my face off once and it took a while to grow back. Moisturize with a light cream or lotion and leave it be until your skin heals. Good luck.

i would use a fragrance-free moisturizer. if that does not help i would visit a dermatologist
