Thats ridiculous she was making it out to be your fault. You're not the one who used a different product and bleached your hair. Glad it worked out for you though. But yeah I won't go to any new hair dresser to color my hair after a similar experience. I just do it myself. That way I save $150 and if it ends up messed up I'm the only one to blame.

Wow, a "smart" salon. Now that is rare.

The salon that damaged my hair said to me it can't be proven it happened in their salon.

I swear decent customer service walked right out the door.
