Hello.. I have long staraight hair.. its not dead straight its a bit wavy. I want to have long curls.. I dont want to use any machine as I M sure it will damage my hair.. what can I use to have long curls? will the lil plastic rollers help.. if I wear it over night?

They can help, sure... but it might take some practice rolling them and sleeping in them to get exactly what you want... since you can use rollers to achive several types of curls. I have wavy hair, and when I go wavy/curly --- When my hair is damp, I flip my head over, scrunch in some mousse, curl balm, and some gel, then blowdry upside down like that --- scrunching with a diffuser. Seems to help a lot & adds lots of volume.

yes, but too much gel might make the curls crunchy. I would just use a small dab... and then when you wake up, go over the rollers with the blowdryer --- because there still might be a lot of damp areas.

I think rollers are a great option for what you are wanting to achieve, minus all the damage of heat styling.

My daughter has stick straight hair.

It is so straight that I can curl it with an iron, hairspray it and it will not hold.

After trying several gels and mousse, she finally found this great drugstore brand called got 2 b kinky curl defining curling mousse. It is in an orange can.

She washes and conditions her hair and puts this on when after (when wet) and lets it air dry.

No scrunch, just beautiful soft wavy hair that holds all day.

Hope this helps!!

I actually do little twists in my hair. You just take a little section and twist it like a rope until the twist coills in on itself and secure with a hair band. I have maybe ten of them on my head, I spritz lightly with water, and let the magic happen when I sleep. The heat from your head will "steam" your hair and evaporate, leaving nice, loose spirals. Try it, it's free!
