Since I;ve starting to use a different type of shampoo my hair has become really dry and dull looking. It feels good and all but it looks like a pancake on my head and it looks like my ends are really messed up

I checked it out for split ends, but I dont have any and I was wondering about dying it again, but I really like the color I have right now...

So I bought a different brand of shampoo and conditioner and now I hope this is going to work. I always have used L'oreal for colored hair, I now bought the royal jelly shampoo and the conditioner for dry and damaged hair by l'oreal, and I'm also going to use a mask for the ends in hope of doing some good to my hair

How much will this effect the look of my hair do you think?

I hope this will work since I dont really 'digg' the idea of cutting it again....

I'm not familiar with any royal jelly shampoo or conditioner in Canada. Are these L'Oreal

products?

It is the L'oreal Hydra gloss shampoo & conditioner. It has Royal Jelly in it....from what I have read it works really well. I have used it but only 2 times it worked ok for me, but my hair is too thick and poofy for anything to really work. I have read that Hydra gloss is the same ingredients as the Kerastase line. I looked at the ingreds. and most of them are the same. hth

Yes they are from l'oreal

Its the re-nutritive line (?) with royal jelly in it

Ive used it yesterday and it did improve my hair a bit....thank god

But im wondering how much a shampoo can effect your hair, bad and good

I think a shampoo can have a bad effect on your hair. From the sounds of it an ingredient in the shampoo didn't agree with your hair but hopefully now that you've switched shampoos your hair should start getting back to normal after a few washes. I'd use the mask you mentioned for the ends of your hair too.

I like Loreal styling products, but I haven't ever liked their shampoos or conditioners.

I really recommend Neautrogena Triple Moisture line. I have very dry curly hair so some people think its heavy but for me it works. I use the shampoo, conditioner, and hair mask from this line. I use a Wella hair mask as well called Kolestral, very high quality good stuff that repairs your hair.

My friend has fine thin straight hair and she bought these products and she uses them when she feels her hair needs a little extra TLC. She doesn't use them all the time though, she says it would be too heavy for her hair.

i just heard of that on the commercials a few weeks ago and have not heard any reviews about it yet.

Try using MATRIX for Color-Treated Hair. I bleached the crap out of the bottom half of my hair & everyone was saying that it would die, be damaged yadda yadda, but I used Fekki's color treated hair shampoo & conditioner, then I used Matrix Color Treated Shampoo & conditioner. Both worked really well.

The neutrogena and matrix stuff sounds great as well, My hair starts to shine a bit already but its still a bit frizzy from the andrelon shampoo

Matrix is a hair stylists brand over here and costs a lot but if it works really well I might try it.

Neutrogena is natural right? organic?

it's fairly new. although i've seen the ingredient list, and royal jelly is the last one. so i'm not sure it's going to do much about your hair. imo, it'd do a better job in the form of food supplements.
as far as i know, neutrogena isn't organic, nor "natural".

No I dont think Neautrogena is an organic line, but the Triple Moisture line is definitly for sensitive damaged dry hair so I know there isn't anything too harsh in it.

I dont get too worked up about organic hair products, because remember, hair is dead, so it doesn't really matter...
