How long should I wait?

Hi girls,

Yesterday, and for the first time in my life, I dyed my hair brown at home with Garnier Belle Color.

The thing is... the color is a little lighter than what I expected...

Do you think it´s safe to dye it again tomorrow with a darker color? Or do you think it will ruin my hair?

How long should I wait to dye my hair again?

I´m waiting for your answers so I can run to the shop and buy another box of hair dye.

waiting a week to two weeks would be recommended at least that is what I was taught in schools

NO! Wait at least 3 weeks! I made the mistake once of dying my hair the day after a mishap with one color, and it burned my hair right out! The last thing you want is to ruin it! The salon I worked in as a receptionist recommended waiting two weeks, but I'm sure waiting an extra week would be better.
