We may add a room on the back so I picked up the latest version of Punch's Home Design Platinum software... under $100.. And is it slick.. I do a lot of CADD at work but this is simple.... even laid out the topography of my yard... Here's what I did in a few hours tonight... 2D floor plans and this 3D rendering.. haven't added the roof yet... Don't mind the brick covered garage doors... lol

Cool! I love to do that... but with The Sims 2 it's almost the same thing and much more fun after you get to see your little slaves living in it!

here's what I did at lunch..... put in the driveway and sidewalk.. a few of our trees and got the garage doors right... neat program...

I had a program like that several years ago. My ex and I took a blueprint of a house we were thinking of building and put it in the program. It was so cool seeing what the house would look like in 3d and even picking out paint and flooring.

At lunch today I added the roof and the deck.. Fixed a few doors.. So simple to use.. Just remembered I need to add the fireplace.. Haven't figured that out yet but it has these handy tutorial movies..
