Highlights

Hey guys. I got highlights yesterday (first time EVER doing it!), and they look....well yesterday they looked really good. I have light brown hair, and they did light blonde highlights (I didn't know what it'd look like, and he just said blonde), and it looked good. I guess today since it's not salon wonderful, I'm a little iffy on it. People tell me(well, my Mom and boss, and my sister-but they wouldn't lie) said they really like it. Maybe I just think it doesn't look as good because my eyebrows. I got my eyebrows done too, and while my Mom says 'No, it's not too thin"!, I think they are. Granted, they used to be really bushy, and that's what I was used to all the time, so that's why. Cuz I'm not used to it yet. I think that's it. My eyebrows. I don't know. But I wanted to ask, how long do highlights last? I mean, the blonde is okay, but next time I'd want to do light golden brown (I know that's not much of a difference, but hey). Any tip, advice, comments, would be great. Thanks! -Rachael

Well when you go lighter, it lasts until they grow out or you color over them. The color may alter, but they dont "disapeer''. You could put a toner on them to change to the light golden brown you wanted.

my stylist told me they start growing out in 3 months, so you will need to get them redone or let them grow out.

Maybe you just need a few days to get used to all the changes??!!
