The easiest way to make your hair softer is to apply serum to your hair after you wash and condition it. I'm not sure what brands would be available in your community so ask your stylist as I'm sure they would sell serum.

You can either apply it before or after your hair is dry. Place a drop of it in your palms, then rub your hands together to coat palms. Then start rubbing it into your hair - try not to rub into the scalp as it can feel greasy.

Also, make sure your conditioner has dimethicone as this may help hair feel softer.

Finally, I have found that applying coconut oil prior to shampooing has helped strengthen and soften my hair somewhat. There are several threads about coconut oil, in the hair forum. There may be some good info in the threads.

Hope this has helped
