Help! My hands are cracked to the point that they are bleeding!

I live in Sweden and here we have really cold winters so it's easy to get really dry hands. I use moisturizer after every wash. And for night I use a lot more. I have found this stuff from Body shop which doesn't smell that nice but it's very very good. Hemp hand protector. And I always use gloves when I do the dishes, and warm ones outside etc.
