Help! i need good hold!

Here's the deal; I'm going to a crazy party, and I want to make my hair stand straight up (I have short hair). I would also like to temporarily color my hair. Maybe there is a two in one where it is a colored gel or hairspray? Any recommendations that arent too expensive?? All replies are appreciated!

I would go with BigSexyHair's Spray & Play Harder hairspray... I've never seen any other hairspray give more hold than that one... lol You can try Beyond The Zone or Manic Panic. They give temp. color in lots of choices. They were doing some crazy styles at the trade show I went to earlier this year... and would spray hairspray on top and under a section of hair, and then use a flat iron to stand it straight up. They did mohawks and all these funky styles in minutes!

Do they make colored gels or hairspray for plum or eggplant hair.

I would say AquaNet, but it's a PAIN to get out sometimes! Especially if you use a lot!
