So, I've had these bumps or spots on my forehead for quite awhile and they drive me absolutely INSANE. I don't know if they are clogged/enlarged pores, acne scars, or dark spots, but I hate them and would REALLY like some advice on how to get rid of them or treat them, as well as the best makeup to cover up these areas.. Here's a picture of what I'm talking about (not very lovely I know, but I'd like to give you all a picture to base this off of since I have NO idea what these things are or what they are called).

How can I get rid of these or treat them? What will help in making them go away/minimalize? What is the best makeup to cover them up?

PLEASE HELP

Thanks!!!

I'm sorry but I don't understand what you mean by "not visible yet"...

I have very allergy prone skin (get hives, have eczema, etc) but this is NOT allergy related. It is always there.

Lol sorry for not replying sooner >.< I was browsing through MUT and saw that no one was really replying to you, but I forgot my password lololol

So you have these little bumpies on your face, they remind me of some teenie tiny bumpies I used to have on mine. I started becoming horridly sensitive and was becoming rather depressed since my skin wasn't in top shape and make-up was becoming a challenge to find things compatible with me... So taking care of my skin became a sort of obsession O: Now I could care less about wearing makeup because my skin looks pretty damn fabulous sans makeup~ (even though i do miss playing with creams and foundations... it's like dress up lolol) ANYWAYS....

I think they are formed because of an abundance of keratin if I recall correctly.

I will share exactly what I did to help pretty much eliminate those suckers off my skin :p /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

-I started using those microdermabrasion exfoliators (ex. Clarisonic Mia, but mine is way cheaper...lol from Korea)

use it 1-2 times a week because it's pretty hardcore cleaning. I make my own scrub with sugar, green tea and honey.

- Bought an all organic face lotion (specifically Nourish Organics Face Lotion) and apply this pretty much every day in the morning and at night. A little goes a long way c:

- This last bit is what I think especially helped. I slather calendula salve on my trouble areas. Cleared them up beeeaaaauutifully O__O I cannot stress this enough.. my "holy grail" item if you will lololol. Make sure calendula is the main ingredient and the salve is pretty pure. I know this can get kinda pricy around $18 for an ounce or so. But a dab on a blemish and work it in...you'll hopefully see results very soon.

As always, take care when using new products as you can have sensitive reaction.

I hope this helps.

It's looks like you need liquid exfoliation, not manual (ie scrubs). I think you'll find when you have clogged pores you won't be able to clear them manually, that will only clear the top and not the inside. So the problem keeps coming back or never improves.

A BHA product is what you are looking for, I really like Paula's Choice products. They are reasonably priced and have the correct PH level to exfoliate. Her site has lots of info and during business hours the live chat is very helpful.

Good luck! As a person who had bad skin since I was 13, now 36 I can understand the frustration and overwhelming amount of product that promise the world but always fall flat.

Feel free to PM me if you have any more questions
