Has anyone tried 'Halo' products

i've been wanting to try it ever since it came out, i hear that its what jessica simpson uses and its amazing. the only problem being...it would be cheaper to wash your hair with bottled water and GOLD! can anyone say if they've heard anything that would sway me either way?

I got a sample sized kit of Halo products at Ulta... they weren't bad. But it really didn't impress me that much... the only thing I liked out of it really was the high gloss rinse.
