Hairstyle Help

First thread from me in a long, long time. Although I have been lurking on and off for a very long time! I've attached a picture of a hairstyle I'd quite like to recreate for a friends birthday night out tomorrow, and whilst I have a vague idea how I'd go about it any expert or otherwise advice would be very much appreciated.
