Haircut advice and hair color?

Hi again. I'm going to get my hair cut this thursday. I'm not sure what I should do with it. I'm kinda leaning towards layers. I also want to color it. Currently my hair is blonde and its about 2 inches past my bra strap. I love change. I want to keep the blonde but I want to try some peek-a-boo highlights. Any suggestions? pleeeaaasssee

It's hard to say without seeing a picture of your hair but it sounds like layers would look really good!

It is really hard to determine what is the best look for you without a picture. Please feel free to post one in your spare time, and that will make it easier to determine what color/cut is best for you.

Ok I promise today I'm taking a picture. I already did the color and cut. It's blonde on top and jet black underneath. But its has a bunch of edgy(choppy)layers. And the blonde is cut shorter and the black is longer so you can see it better. I LOVE IT !!! =)
