Haircolor disaster

So, I decided to get a box of Clairol Natural Instincts cuz I was bored with my ho-hum hair. I have naturally dark blond hair and decided to warm it up a bit - or so I thought. I wanted something that washed out over time if I didn't like it - good decision as it turns out. I chose Toasted Almond - Light Golden Brown. Well, it was easy to use and my hair still feels healthy - but it's so freaking DARK! Like dark reddish brown! OMG - I get scared looking in the mirror! It's like "who the f*** is that!" I gotta laugh... I just hope it fades fast and it least looks light golden brown eventually! Oh well, it's not like I lost a limb or anything - just shocking!!!

lol that's one of the reasons I only use washouts. It fades the next day so it looks a lot better.

Oh no!!! Ive so had that happen to me too!!! I had to make a hair appointment!! Its sad when you're own mother laughs at you and calls you Ronald McDonald!!! LOL!!!

haha i feel you I dye my hair on a regular basis almost a different color every other month. I have times when I was like omg I don't think I like this. But after a while and when I start learning how to style my hair to the color I start getting used to it and eventually grow to love it.

From a light to a dark color is a big change maybe it will just grow on you. good luck tho! hope you find to like a color soon.
