Hair - Do they even notice?!

My SO does and he tells me if he likes it or not. lol

I do not have a significant other currently, but when i did he only noticed cause i would tell him i was getting my hair cut that day.

My dad also never notices if i get my hair cut (even if i chop off like 6 inches) but he for some reason always thinks i just got my hair dyed even though i do not dye my hair
