well im gonna grow my hair out...ive decided...i want my long hair back

anyone have any tips or anything of that sort for growing it out? or making it grow faster [if possible] lol

anything??

Sorry, there is nothing out there that can help you if you want that. You can take steps to keep the hair in good condition so you can actually keep what you grow, or you could get pregnant so that you have more hairs <--- No, don't actually follow that last suggestion, but that is what happens to many women when pregnant: The growing phase is much longer and therefore does not fall out on time, so you have this thick and bountyful hair.
A person with good intake in nutrients is always gonna have more reserves for making good, strong, hair. Afterall, starting hair condition is an indication of health. So stay as healthy as you can, keep the ends as moisturized as possible, and by the end of two years time you should have a 30 cm of growth, unless your natural growth termination point ends before that.

 
Umm, eat lots of protein, and take fish/flax oil. It's supposed to help in hair growth (as well as a million other things). You hair looks pretty long to me...in your avatar... I don't think you'll have any problems!
