Gradual Tanners.

Two days ago I bought Dove Summer Glow body lotion and Johnson's Holiday skin daily facial moisturiser. The bottle states great results after 5 days, so I put it on before bed and forgot about it. The next day I noticed a difference. So much that I wasn't going to put it on again for a couple of days. My husband coaxed me into it. Afer 2 days I have a nice but not over the top summer glow. I don't want to look silly with a really golden tan in the middle of winter so I think I will put it on every 3 days.
For my face, after 2 days I barely put on any foundation. I look quite healthy

I just bought the Loreal bronzer just last wk and so far it's working well for me. I'm using the medium since I sorta got a tan when I went to Miami last month. A couple of wks ago I was using the Victoria's Secret bronzer, which has the lovely beach smell but a bit pricey. Loreal is just as good.

Dove - takes a lil longer to get the tan (I use medium), but it doesn't require a lot of blending and it doesn't realli smell @ all
I exfoliate a couple of days b4 tanning. Than moisterize all over. wait for moisterizer to dry completey. Put on some latex (to prevent orange hands) and got to work .. .LoL
O . And the onli reason I'm using tanning lotions is cuz it's summer now and for some reason my skin doesn't tan like when i was younger. I can lay in the tanning bed forever and come out red. Take a Shower .. and i'm white again. And an added bonus is sunless tanners are healthier anyways

i used to have the Jergens one in dark and i loved the colour it gave, i am quite pale naturally but have pretty warm skin tone and it looked really natural. the only think was the smell. i didnt mind it that much (i think i got used to it!!!) my boyfriend HATED it though.
I just started using the aveeno one, it gives a good colour too i have the one for medium skin tones. i can see it maybe being a bit orangey for really pale pinky skin though. i tried the ones for pale skin in both brands and didnt see any difference. This one doesnt smell as bad, but still smells a bit like self tanner.
Does anyone know one that doesnt smell like that at all? I think they probably all do
