Going Brunette

At the moment ive got platinum blonde hair. I want to change it to a very dark brown but think it might fade really quickly.

Has anyone done this or know of any good products that will help to keep my colour for as long as possible?

I would ask your colorist to see if you need a filler first, so that the darker color will take and hold better. Matrix Color.Smart line is nice, as well as ISO color preserve & Marc Anthony color extending drops....

i had blonde hair be4 about 3 years ago and i dyed it my nautral color which is dark brown and to this day it still fades and i get my hair personally colored. most of it is gone i only have like a inch left but its a pain to deal with, i just dyed my hair the other day

My hair was a really light brown. Well...most people said it was dark blonde but I wouldn't admit it. lol

I decided to dye my hair dark b/c I hate light hair. (No offense to anyone) SO.....teh other day I used Garnier Nutrisse Haircolor in Truffle. It took me a few days to get used to it but now I like it. It turned out really well and so far it has only slightly faded. The fading made it look really pretty though. But that particualr brand of dye worked really well and has made my hair feel and look awesome.
