I was recently reading raves on Acne.org about ZUM Goats Milk Soap (Lavender to be specific) and that its a very gentle cleanser that is great for the skin. Has anyone tried it? if so, how did you like it? :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

wow..never heard of it. sounds like a natural product and those usually do wonders for ur skin

Never heard of it for cleansing, but I have used Goats Milk from another company for moisturizing and it's great! Makes my skin really soft.

I make my own soap, with goat's milk, oatmeal, milk and shea butter..............great for the skin, that is the only soap I use.......................

same here.

goats milk soap is gorgeous!! it definitely does something for the lather and creaminess!

have you tried buttermilk in soap?? - it's fabulous!! my favourite ever soap i made was with buttermilk, shea butter and silk fibres. it's gorgeous.

I've just bought some butter powder to play with as well, i'm looking forward to trying that one out!!

GM soap smells a bit funky when you first cut it, like ammonia - all milk soaps do. but once they've cured out the smell disappears. Maybe it was the fragrance or essential oils they add?

never tried buttermilk, but I will give it a try..................thanks

spa soap

goat milk

oatmeal

milk

shea butter

kiwi scent

it's the best for me...........it cleans, exfoliate, mosturize, and it smells really good......the dogs tried to eat it........................LOL

not yet, I'm still giving out samples to my friends to try, but I will be selling probably in the next year............I also make beautiful natural candles (palm wax and beeswax) I love it...........................Name of my business will be "Awaken Your Senses"....

Not yet, but I'm hoping to be selling within the next year, soaps, candles, balms, scrubs ... etc. And probably some jewellery too!

If anyone does please pm this info. to Angela, don't post your info. in the general forum because I'll have to delete it. Sorry... rules/regs :policeman: You are also most welcome to place your products or services in the Member market Place Forum.

Another thing you might try Angela if you're interested in these types of products is an online search. Or Lush sells alot of this type of stuff too, which you can order online.

Just an update: I"ve been using ZUM all natural goats milk soap (The lavender flavored one) and it has been great on my skin! It really calms it down and sooths... I feel much better using this than my harsh cleansers.

Thats neat some of you gals make your own soap, i'd love to do that!

Mandy, I recently discovered the Zum soaps and I love them - I have the Lavender in my shower, but the Almond is the one I am using on my face. Goats milk is great for your skin and I use alot of natural soaps, but Zum has the best lather and is not at all drying. The Cocoa Zum soap is my favorite, and then Sandalwood Citrus.

I have been toying with the idea of making soap.

Is it easy ?

I would like try the GM soap , I also wonder, can you make soap from orange
