Have any of you tried Freeze 24/7 anti-wrinkle cream?

I bought some for a really good price but it emphasises my wrinkles around my eyes and I wondered if I was applying it wrong.

I do as it says and wash my face then apply a small amount before any moisturiser but I cant seem to get it to work on me. Anyone have an opinion on this product?

Its supposed to be 'botox in a jar' - it plumps up the skin but only lasts 12-24 hours depending on the person. Although they say continued use does reduce wrinkles and imperfections.

I only have a lip plumber by Freeze. I don't really know what happened to that either.

What are the ingredients?

My dermatologist says none of that really helps.. And it may plump your face up and moisturize ... But all you end up with is plump moisturized wrinkles. Lol.

From the Freeze 24/7 site:Aqua (Water), Glyceryl Stearate, Sesamum Indicum (Sesame) Seed Oil, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, PEG-150 Distearate, Cetyl Alcohol, Cetearyl Alcohol, Gynostemma Pentaphyllum Extract, Aminobutryic Acid, Ethoxydiglycol, Eugenol, Butylene Glycol, Xanthan Gum, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Ethylparaben, Orchis Maculata Flower Extract, CI 77163 (Bismuth Oxychloride)

The parabens are not good and the bismuth oxychloride is an irritant to many people - it makes you itchy. I really don't care about parabens too much but I am bothered by bismuth and that's just probably to make that cream white. shame...

Thanks for that advice Divadoll. I found after using it I had to apply heaps of serum and/or moisturiser just to compensate the way it seem to dry (freeze) my skin. As Karren said, it just plumped up my few wrinkles to make them more noticeable.

I do like the skin glace; which contains - Aqua (Water, Eau), Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Methy Perfluorobutyl Ether, Methyl Perfluoroisobutyl Ether, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Sorbitol, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Coco-Glucoside, Cyclomethicone, Kaolin, Chondrus Crispus (Carrageenan), Glycerin, Butylene Glycol, Oryza Sativa (Rice) Bran Extract, Acrylates/Aminoacrylates/C10-30 Alkyl PEG-20 Itaconate, Polyhydroxystearic Acid, Sodium PCA, Isononyl Isononanoate, Ethylhexyl Isononanoate, Yeast Polysaccharides, Sodium Cocamidopropyl PG-Dimonium Chloride Phosphate, Xanthan Gum, Polyquaternium-7, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Citric Acid, Sodium Chloride, Panthenol, Parfum (Fragrance), Phenoxyethanol, Methylparaben, Ethylparaben, Propylparaben, Butylparaben, Isobutylparaben, Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Methylisothiazolinone, Magnesium Chloride, Magnesium Nitrate, Mica, CI 77891 (Titanium Dioxide), CI 42090 (Blue 1), CI 19140 (Yellow 5)

and the prep and polish; which contains - Aqua [Water], Magnesium Oxide, Cyclopentasiloxane, Dimethicone, Poloxamer 182 Dibenzoate, Isohexadecane, Jojoba Esters, Parfum [Fragrance], Polysorbate 80, Ocimum Basilicum [Ocimum Basilicum (Basil) Oil], Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Oil, Citrus Medica Limonum (Lemon) Peel Oil, Ammonium Polyacryloyldimethyl Taurate, Phenoxyethanol, Methylparaben, Ethylparaben, Propylparaben, Butylparaben, Isobutylparaben, CI 77289 [Chromium Oxide Green]

I have found both of these have brought a fresher younger look to my skin. Both were purchased at a good price over 4 weeks ago and using them as advised I'm not even a quarter through them.

Keep the other products if you like them. Aloe vera gel is very soothing so it's a good thing to have in a product, the only thing you have to watch out for is sodium laureth sulfate, you can find it in many products, no matter the price. But the problem is it's prone to irritation and it can dry up the skin. Coco glucoside is nicer.

It may not make such a difference, but if your skin is sensitive, fragrance is something to be avoided as well.

Thanks for the advice. Ive found Ive had no problems with either of these products and the skin glace is one of the best products I have found for removing all traces of make-up. Its quite weird when using it. You only need a small amount but the more you wash your face the more it foams up and it can also be left on for a couple of minutes as a mask.

With your above ingredients here is a rundown of what I see harmful:

Carrageenan - Causes Inflammation.  Did you know it thickens organic milk ?!

Parabens - anything ending in "paraben" - Oxidizes skin cells, mimics estrogen, kills skin cells when exposed to UV rays.  Parabens have been known to cause cancer.

Along with this, both have fragrance which can irritate skin, and the second has peppermint and lemon oil, that can irritate as well, but if you can tolerate them, they act as a preservative and are beneficial.

Cheers!

I to have never heard of this.. I assumed that instead of being an anti wrinkle cream it sounded like a make setting spray, lol.
