I love exercising, but exercises for the face? That's an idea whose time has not come. Exercising the facial muscles is a sure way to increase your wrinkles. The facial muscles pull on the skin to give you facial expressions. And the repetitive movements of the skin, over the years, combined with the normal thinning of the collagen and elastin of the dermis, will eventually crack the skin, causing wrinkling. Botox is the reverse of exercise; it paralyzes muscles and lessens wrinkles.

i heard this was not really effective. i have to admit when i was quite a bit heavier i had kind of developed some jowls which i really, really didn't care for. I found some exercises for them, did them a few times but then read they were kind of pointless. Losing 10 lbs. did a lot for getting rid of the jowls, a lot more than the exercise might have.

 
Maybe it's more of a joke than a scientific fact, but i've always heard the best exercise for your face is just laugh.

 
I've never done facial exercises myself, but there are many women who swear by them.

Is it really effective for face ?

 
What i personally believe is that for some people it might work like natural facelift and other exercise.and for the some people it might not prove beneficial.
