Face Care help

I've noticed that my face has gotten a little bit rough lately and I wish it was softer than it used to be. I use Olay sensitive face wash and I use it daily. It always seems to work fine with me. Only now I've been noticing since the weather has been changing that's it's getting very dry lately than usual. Is there a face wash or face cream that will help make my face softer? My skin is very sensitive and most face creams seem to make it worse, I need something that will help improve it. Thanks to anyone who has read this and willing to help me out with this problem.

From various sources, I've heard that simply washing your face in the morning and at night and then applying a moisturizing cream can really help you take care of your face. Also, when you go out, don't forget the sunscreen! If you've worn makeup, remember to remove it completely before going to sleep.
