Eyelash extentions

So I was looking into eyelash extentions recently. I was wondering if anyone knew anything about them or a good place to go get them done in the NYC area or North Jersey? I'm kind of clueless but they do look nice. I read that a place called Fatima's does them well, except they never said where it was? Can anyone help me??

I think if you can find some asian hair salon, they prob. have them..

I called, they do cost more. $250, which isn't bad, they usually run around $400.

I was looking to Eyelash extension here in Tokyo and shops are everywhere and competitive so the price are a bit cheaper (around $50 to $80). If you want just the end of your eyelid extension, much cheaper.

Although I picked up a brochure from the shop that mentions you can't use Oil cleansing. I like oil cleansing and that's a problem.

I do my own, Sephora has a false lash tool that you can use,its easy and it really works and less mess too!!!

i've been wondering about it also.. i would love to see them whenever you get them. putting on fake lashes is too much of a pain and i suck at it.

I too have been contemplating getting eyelash extensions for a year now. Unfortunately my town is small so its really expensive, but I know a few places in Houston that does it for $150 which isn't bad, but I dont like to have to drive so far each time for touch-ups. I heard they last for about 3 months, and then you have to go back continuosly for touch-ups.

I've also heard horror stories about ppl that got them and their lashes never grew back. YIKES!

Well i live in Queens NYC and i met this lady who got hers done and they looked MARVELOUS! it cost her a whopping $75

I want them so badly. My friend got them done in Detroit for $50 but hers only lasted a month. But they looked really really good.

$50 is cheap... I usually take them off the next day I dont want all those chemicals on my eyes, but eye lash extensions can really help.
