It is perfectly normal to have facial hair at 23. I've had it since I was about 13, but my best friend in college didn't get it until she was 20. Besides laser, electrolisis is a perm. meathod for removal. If it is only a little, I would go with everyone elses suggestion, wax. There is a really good forum on hair removal call hairtell.

Just to provoke a giggle in an ackward situation, let me share my nickname in 6th,yes 6th grade, sasquatch. I have always had more facil and arm hair than anyone else I have ever met! LOL, I learned to deal with my lovely Italian heritage by doing the following:Face I use Sally Hansen cream remover in sensitive formula this is the only thing that doesn't give me a chem. burn, and I pluck any stray hairs,my chin tends to be where this is needed even after depilatory.I bleach my arm hair, lol, and I tweeze the whole brow area even above, as my brows were severly thick, and had the uni thing happening.

At any rate, every time it begins to affect your self-esteem, just remember, I, at 11, was called Sasquatch, lol. And all my beauty secrets have dropped teh jaws of many a past-name-caller!
