Do I need to remove sunscreen?

I don't use any makeup routine at night. In the day, I only put on sunscreen before I go out. Before I sleep, I wash my face with water (nothing else). Do I need to remove the sunscreen then? Since I am not using any makeup routine, do I need to remove my sunscreen? Is there any harmful chemicals in sunscreen that is similar to makeup, which cannot be worn overnight?

Use sunscreen products that contain zinc oxide or titanium dioxide, these two helps to protect us from UVB and UVA radition and they are pretty harmless.
