Cow lick?

I have a cow lick( not sure is that is how is it really spelled) right in the front top of my bangs. What is the best way to put a little curl in the hair without the cow lick making the hair too high on the forehead. Does this make sense???? I pull it straight and it pops back up. It make my bangs look like shirley temple or something lol

My sister-n-law had cow licks.She took a spray bottle and mixed part condtioner,and part water.Spray on hair and comb through.It must works,don't see cow licks on her anymore.

The conditioner spray works... and also you can use a curling iron to curl it in the opposite direction that it lies...
